    problem with boot

I have some trouble with boot settings.. Well In my 1Tb HDD I have installed Win7 and I had in other one also installed somekind OS, but I format that other HDD. and now when I start my PC I takes that other HDD as MAster and my 1Tb as salve or so.. And I also cant change it so It would start my 1Tb as 1st. And becasue that I get "BOOTMGR is missing" in that other HDD. Is here any way to fix it. I dont really want to press "ESC" and choise my HDD all the time when I start my PC.
