    i can't install the 2.9 version, it stops during installation "windows installer stopped working" no solution found

    The drivers and software for the vx-1000 cam is here if your are using 7 BETA. Microsoft Hardware Windows® 7 Support Make sure when you install that your camera is unplugged and ONLY plug it in when the install wizard says to do so. After completing that reboot your system and it should work. That is exactly how I did it with a vx-1000 using 7 x64 beta and I have had no problem even works well with voice recognition.

    i tried the 2.04 version, same problem i can't install it

    beta version won't install,

    i uninstalled all previous version of live_cam

    i have a VX 3000 by the way

    ok i found the solution to my problem :)

    it was linked to a windows installer bug problem crash, which you can find the solution there:
    Windows Installer - can't install ANY msi package

    Then i installed the 2.9 beta live cam, it worked

    i can use it on live messenger,

    Right i have microsoft lifecam VX-3000 and i have installed all the drives and i tryed reinstall the cam itself and the driver and MSN Messenger says i dont have a webcam plugged in but it is the divce manger say the divice is working Any One Help Please
