If the reboot does not work
Go back to printers and devices
    Is the printer checked?
Is there a yellow triangle, which means a problem?

If there is a print job in the queue that has failed i trouble shoot and it says its failed because the print job has failed (does that make sense?)
So I remove the failed print job and troubleshoot again. Then it says there is no problem!!!!!!

Did you check printers and devices and look for the check mark by the printer and yellow triangle?

The answer to the trouble is:

Aprint job in the queue is preventing other print jobs from printing fixed

    No its not

Makes no difference if true or not. The computer thinks that it is true
Make a system restore point first, in case of problems and then try this

System restore allows you to go back to good times, in case things go wrong
One is made every week automatically
Before you attempt anything, install etc, you should make a restore point
