Need driver for noname HSDPA modem

    I'm testing it right now and everything works flawlessly!

    Just to set thigs straight: from link provided by pebbly and Mobile Partner from e156g. WORKS!

    Great tip! But can you be more specific in what exactly you did?

    In device manager I get 3 devices, shown on the image below.
    Need driver for noname HSDPA modem-capture.jpg

    I downloaded the drivers from Windows Update Catalog but I have to install them manually by forcing them "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer", if I check automaticly to scan the folder it says that the best driver is already installed. I don`t know which of the drivers to choose for the Usb MODEM Port as Windows has identified are two identical devices.

    After I`ve forced drivers for each of the devices everything seems to be ok (there are no yellow warning marks on the device in device manager). I`ve tried to download different versions of mobile partner on the net but it doesn`t work.

    Is it possible to provide a download link for the mobile partner you used?
    I have also tried to upgrade the firmware by using the e156g firmware, but the installer does not find the device. How can I get this ting to work?

    THIS HAPPEN TO ME TOO! THE MODEM NAMED "GLOBAL WIRELESS"...I DECIDE TO BUY NEW MODEM, BUT THE ALTERNATIVE IS TO FIND THE RIGHT SOLUTION FOR THIS...THE DRIVER (HUAWEI E156G) DOESN'T WORK...HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM? I USE WIN 7 64BIT....

    Hi loque69, the reason you are having trouble is because you are try to install the 32bit version on a 64bit system ! here is the 64bit link Microsoft Update Catalog :)

    thanks pebby for the link...so i just search the driver by typing in search box right? is the driver name is HUAWEI E156G driver 64bit?

    can you tell me how to solve the problem? did you mean that in order to use the "GLOBAL WIRELESS" modem on win 7 64 bit, we have to get Huawei e165g modem? in order word i have to buy the Huawei modem?

    i install the exe file named "DataCard_Setup64" in folder huawei 156g driver that i download from internet...isn't this for 64bit version? in the link you provide i didn't find the driver i want, instead of other models and brands driver, such as verizon, sierra etc...pls someone help me..........
