HELP! USB 2.0 Video Controller error?

    Right-click the USB Composite Device and see if you can get some system info for it.

    I couldn't right click it, but I did get some small info. I circled it in Red.

    You might want to try running Windows Update and see if it shows any hardware updates. Also, did you not get any software with the device to install?

    I did have a disk. I installed it but it wont start up. It says it's not compatible!

    The you will need to open 'Computer' from the Start Menu then right click the CD & select 'Open'. This will show the contents of the disk. Now you need to run the setup in Compatability Mode for Vista, if that fails then try it for XP.
