Bluetooth 3.0 issue with Nokia PC Suite

    Hi,
i bought a new notebook a couple of weeks ago .. (HP Pavilion dv6-3177ee) running windows 7 home premium 64bit.
it comes with bluetooth version 3.
i installed ovi suite and pc suite .. but when i try to connect my phone via bluetooth , it gives me the next massege :
"Bluetooth is turned off or unavailable on your computer . Turn on Bluetooth or or refer to help ..."
I checked the bluetooth .. and its ON .. I tryed to send a file via blutooth to my phone and it's sent.

when I go in PC Suite to : Settings => manage connections => i find bluetooth unmarked .. when I try to mark it it gives the next massage:
"Cannot use the connection type.Check that all the needd hardware, software and drivers are available. (Code: OpenMedia)"

the blutooth device name is :
    Ralink/Motorola BC4 Bluetooth 3.0 + HS Adapter
and I have the latest driver for it which is dated 11-2010 !!!! (version 3)

this is what I've tried :
I tried removing the ralink/motorola driver and make windows find a proper driver itself .. windows did find a driver but it didn't work ( it can't find other devices and other devices can't find the notebook )

    can anyone help please...

Nokia PC Suite Non-Connectivity thru Bluetooth on Windows 7

I have similar problem of non-connectivity thru BT on my HP Probook. The laptop came with built-in Bluetooth. It connects to my Nokia E-72 thru the Windows BT Manager. But when i try to connect thru PC Suite, it does not. The PC Suite works fine with E-72 when i connect thru USB cable. Same was the story with Ovi Suite.

Connectivity of PC Suite was a convenience on Windows XP (my older laptop).

If anyone's got a solution, please let me know.

    Ciao,
