Problem when upgrade my computer with tv card

I have a hauppauge HVR-1300 and no problem till I upgrade my computer. I am using AMD 1090t x6 gigabyte 890fxa-ud5 with 8gb total ram. I tried to install the latest driver from hauppauge and i see in the device manager this message on the drivers:
"This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system.

You need to restart your computer before the changes you made to this device will take effect."

    Any suggests?

Welcome to Seven Forums dimitris. You can try to troubleshoot the device. The error means:

Two devices have been assigned the same I/O ports, the same interrupt, or the same Direct Memory Access channel (either by the BIOS, the operating system, or a combination of the two). This error message can also appear if the BIOS did not allocate enough resources to the device (for example, if a universal serial bus (USB) controller is not an interrupt from the BIOS because of a corrupted Multiprocessor System (MPS) table).

You can try and use Device Manager to determine where the conflict is and disable the conflicting device.

Start> In search box type Device Manager and press enter> Right click on the device (there will likely be a yellow exclamation mark)> On general tab, click Troubleshoot to start the Troubleshooting Wizard.

It looks like a resource conflict. Something doesn't want to share.

In the BIOS>Integrated Peripherals, try disabling Onboard Serial Port 1 and Onboard Parallel Port to free up resources (if you aren't using them, otherwise change the I/O address)

If they aren't the source of the conflict, check in Device Manager > View > 'Resources by Type' to look for devices that use the same shared resources as your card.

Thnx for welcoming, my last searching point was to look there, for conflicts, It reminds me all times, I already disable serial and parallel in Bios and also firewire. As I can see the HVR-1300 was installed on ATI I/O Communitcations Processor PCI Bus Controller. This problem revealed when I tried to see 6 cores on windows when I disable multicores because I had a dual core and restart then enable it again and put 6 cores with restart to can see in task manager 6 cores(this options in msconfig at boot)
I also think maybe it is a bad driver install I think ATI driver was optional from the internet and not from the CD with the drivers. I will see at bios to check for conflicts and also at device manager thnx again.
