    Problematic Network driver.

    Hey all.

Well first of i start saying that i had win 7 64bit before. but formated and installed whit xp.

But i miss w7 so i reinstalled it from same file as before.
Tho now i have a problem i never had before. when i start the pc like when im home from work the internett (wiered) does not work at all!

But if i go to device manager and delete the network driver and restarts the pc. w7 installs it again and then it works untill i restart the pc. then its the same deal all over.

I was thinking mayby it installs an driver whitch "%&/() it up true the windows update so i have disabled the update so i manualy need to accept new updates. whitout luck.

Still same problem. i have been searthing nvidia for drivers but cant find any nForce 500 drivers?

    Anyways information:

    Motherboard: Asus M2N-E SLI Motherboard
Chipset: Nvidia nForce 500 SLI MCP
    Socket: Am2
    cpu: AMD 5600+

Any 1 got any ideas what to do ? since this worked the first time i installed the W7 64bit.

    -Thanks

Thanks for filling in your SPECS.
Next guy start your own thread.
I had several systems that did not like the way Win7 filled in the internet connection.
    FIX:
    1. open network and sharing
    2. what ever connection is shows. -DELETE IT.
    3. scrowl down and manually setup a new connection.
read the instruction carefully, and it will have a special spot for you to fillin your login name and password.
    4. let the new connection find and setup,
    5. REBOOT and it should then automatically sort and install properly.
then you can chek via ipconfig /all .

You should have autoupdates checke to allow MS to download but for you to pick the install.
