Trying to update specs,help

Hello,i need advice with this.Im trying to update my specs for the current PC im using, its nearly 3 years old,and its hold out farely well. The current specs are :

Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ (2 CPUs), ~2.6GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT
Motherboard Chipset: nVIDIA nForce 6100-4xx, AMD Hammer

Now,if i add theese to my current setup, will they effect the PC in a negative way?

Hinnavaatlus / Arvutiriistvara / Toiteallikad / XILENCE 600W SPS-XP600
Hinnavaatlus / Arvutiriistvara / Korpused / Aerocool Vx-R
Hinnavaatlus / Arvutiriistvara / Videokaardid / Gigabyte RADEON GTX 470 1280MB SO

upon adding the current items and if they will effect it in a negative way, then what do i need to add/change in order to fix that?

Im the kind of guy who tries to understand computers, but fails at everything. If you need to know anything else about the current PC,then ask me,im shure Everest can provide me with anwsers.

Ok guys I am getting to build a new Media Center, and I want it to be fast. I plan to use it to entertain when folks come over, so I don't want my movies sticking and so on. So I would like to know what some of you guys are running, or recommend. FSB: Proc Speed: Memory: L2 cache: L1 Cache:...
