Then it comes up with a statement ..a problem caused the program to stop working correctly windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Can someone help me? Welcome
    Try this
    Go to tools
    internet options
    advanced
    reset

    Internet Explorer - Reset

This removes all the addons, the usual cause of the problem
If you work now, install addons one at a time and be sure that one is not the problem.

    I have a question here.:)

Will not disabling all the addons have the same effect?

If it does, then I presume one can enable these one by one and pin the problem to a specific addon.

    Just curious.

The problem ad on that caused my failure wase the "Search Toolbar" today when I added it on , it happened and as and when I disabled it fixed the problem right away. I wanted to run my computer a couple days first to see if it was okay before I reported. I don't have it loaded with ad on's but I have quite a few on there.
I hope this is of some value.

If it's just called "search toolbar," it is most likely something malicious that you should not have installed. My rule of thumb is, NEVER install a toolbar of any kind.
