Im not sure Windows even uses 640x480, i believe the lowest resolution (in safe mode) is 800x600 ?? Correct me if I am wrong.

    Try This.

    1. Click Start
    2. Select Control Panel
    3. Select Hardware and Sound
    4. Click Display
    5. On the left select Change Display Settings
    6. Click the link Advanced settings
    7. Under the tab labeled "Adapter" Click the button labeled "List All Modes"
    8. Scroll to the top of the list and select 640x480xColor Depth
    9. Select Okay

    Hope this helps.

I don'tknow if you'll be able to create a custom resolution. But you will first need to run Speccy and fill in the rest of your system specs Speccy - System Information - Free Download

You will also should put them in your profile under edit system specs so we can just click on the bottom of any post ansd see them in My System Specs in the lower left hand corner of every post.

Once we know all of them we can help you much easier if it's even possible.
    Thanks.
