    Nvidia CUDA

While encoding a video a bit ago, DVDFab popped an error, saying that CUDA has caused a crash, and to update it. I have browsed the Nvidia website some, but all that I found was a toolkit of some kind for it. Is CUDA a separate download, or is it part of the regular video driver? I have 260.99 installed, so I can't update it.

You probably know as much about this as I do, but Cuda is updated, bug checked and released with every new driver update. Like you I could only find the Cuda 2.3 toolkit. NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit 2.3 Released | MidSofts.COM

You might want to try to do the usual method of uninstalling the driver and reinstalling it and try the endcoding again and see if it still gives you the error code.

Thanks, but I'm lazy, so I'm just going to try some more encoding and hope that it was just one of those flukes. If not, I'll go your route.
