HELP!! W7 Home Premium and intel network adapter

    Sounds like you will be fine except the error marker might stay on the PCI but ignatz has it working otherwise.

    The drivers I linked to are the latest available.

    The good thing about Win 7 is Vista drivers work as good as the Win7's most of the time if no Win 7 drivers are available.

    That isn't for your moboard. It won't work!

    Look at the list under neath the download. There are about 60 boards listed. None listed are yours or even close.

    Use the right driver.

    Also the driver you posted is for a network adapter not a LAN. You have a LAN.

    Have you tried running your driver download in compatibility mode.

    mike i have downloaded exactly the one you posted...but somehow after it installed , it just appeared version 9.13.41.0..

    Sorry.

    I downloaded the file and I can't access it without installing it myself which will mess up my PC.

    I wanted to see what was inside the file.

    Intel made a major screw up. They put the wrong files inside or named it wrong.

    And that is the only LAN driver for that board at Intel.

    Let me see in the Microsoft Master driver file list if they have the right one.

    I apologize. Long day.

    Mike really thanks for you help, u been very helpful
    i was just going to try reinstall my windows xp Professional, and get all my drivers update. Then i am going to do a upgrade to W7.
    will it work this way do you think?
