    I don't know if it will work as is. Possibly.

    Ignatz earlier said his had the yellow mark by the PCI driver and it was working.

    MS just has the updates for the old version which are in your driver already.

    It should install and work. But..... whether it will work I don't know.

    Give it a try.
    I'll check back here tomorrow. I'm worn out for today. LOL

    Well if you mean a in place upgrade from xp to windows seven, then no that is not possible. You could try buying a usb network adapter to get you connected as a temp fix. Have a look at this one.
