Icon Issues

Hi

For the past few days now I have been having issues with boxes around my desktop icons, I'm running Windows 7 Pro on my desktop pc. All the latest windows updates are installed. Any ideas on what might be causing this issue?

Attached is an example of the issue.

Cheers,

Judging from your screenshot, it looks more like a theme issue, how the selected theme handles that transparent area around icons. Have you tried another theme, does this still occur?

Icon Issues in Windows 7
I recently installed Windows 7 on my laptop, clean install, so I had to wipe everything from the hard drive and start fresh. Everything works great, functionally, but every time I open the "save as" dialog box to save an item, whether a document, webpage, or picture, the icons are all messed up....

Icon Cache Issues
On my previous installation of Windows 7, I frequently got a corrupt icon cache. The shortcut icon which I had removed from the icons would get replaced by a black box. Clearing the cache would fix it but eventually it'd happen again. Now, on b7600, I'm having a similar issue. For some...

systray icon issues
So I thought I had a very simple systray bar, but when I opened the notification area under taskbar properties, windows 7 saved up the systray icons for previous (unwanted) programs as well.
