I bought the PC from a shop, but not a large company, a small business.
Two things are in bold, one is in the middle, one along the side:

It's ususally found running along side one of the Ram slots or under the first PCi/CAgp or PCi-e slo (where you would use an addon video card)

ah were getting there its a Gigabyte board but we need the model No now !!

Nope that's not it .... If you download the Bios utility from here Gigabyte Bios flash install and run the file but don't update the bios .... the utility will show you MB model

:'( Okay, I've taken two pictures, the first is of the area which looks similar to the one you boxed in red.
The second is the whole motherboard, hoping you could give me a clue as to where abouts I should look :/
Apparently the second ISN'T the whole motherboard, it was hard to see with the angle and lighting I took the picture with.
Can you take some more of the bottom near gfx card?
Also you need to seriously clean inside that case!!
