What Chipset do I have?

Hello,

I've got an Asus N90sv with an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU. I'm wondering what chipset I have, and am having an impossible time with misleading tutorials and intel not showing any support for 64 bit on their website.

Please help. Thanks,
Jeremy

New X79 Chipset and USB 3.0
I keep seeing that the X79 chipset for the soon-to-be-released SandyBridge E processors won't have USB 3.0, but I see motherboard manufacturers with specs that mention USB 3.0. USB 3.0 support is out now for some of the current motherboards, right? What am I missing? Does Windows 7 care one...

Chipset driver. Is it really necessary?
What do you guys think? I'm currently using Windows 7's stock drivers for everything except for my Video Card. Should I download/install the latest Chipset driver for my Motherboard?. Thanks In advanced.
