I had the round ended version from and old Win 7 PC which did not seem to be recognised in Win 10 64bit so I ordered a rectangular version. I tried the rectangular one in Win 10 on two PCs and got a code 10 in device manager both times. I tried to get Windows to find the latest drivers but that did not work. The packaging did not have any software nor any manufacturer's name or website.

From the device description it looks like a Cambridge Silicon Radio (CSR) device but I cannot find a web page that has a downloadable driver. I avoided the sites that try to download software on to my PCs to do driver searches.

I did try a 'Plugable BT 4' device and that works perfectly well. It seems to have a Broadcom BCM20702 chipset. I have sent my CSR device back to the supplier.

    That's strange

I bought the rectangle version and there was no problem with drivers on windows 10.
Windows 10 x64 automatically installed the driver.
