With the motherboard you have (GA-K8NS) and the chipset on it (nforce 3), that your chances of getting the video card to work with Windows 7 are next to zero. The problem is that you need a working AGP driver so that the video card driver will install and/or work properly. There is only one thing wrong with that, Nvidia has not provided a working AGP driver (or any support of any kind) for the nforce 3 chipsets.
