Which X-Fi Fatality? There are two of them (at least), one is PCI and the other is PCI-E and they don't use the same driver.

Remember you do have onboard 8-channel HD audio on that board, unless you are dead set against it for some reason, enable it in BIOS setup and use the existing output.

Today Installed official sound blaster xfi fatality driver for win7 from - It fix the prob but i can't ajust the bass db level. So that was it ! Well it is better than nothing isn't it :)

If so you need to either download the Console Launcher from here,

Creative Worldwide Support

or use that "unofficial" install disk I linked too. Personally I would go with the disk over the download from Creative if for no other reason than it is a newer version that what Creative is offering.
