DOES Identify Drives WON'T Install Drivers

Since yesterday, my system seems to be refusing to recognise my DVD Drives (getting Error Code 39).

I've tried the usual 'Update Drivers' via the Device Manager, then the 'Uninstall Drivers' and allowing the Reboot to install the appropriate...
Windows Update won't rectify the problem, nor will the Microsoft Problem Resolution widget...

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm only a week after a clean installation (due to me picking up a nasty .pavol virus) and when I did Windows found and installed the Drivers without any issues whatsoever.

    Fixed

    Theog,
    Many Thanks !

Link 1 repaired the Filter Drivers and allowed the system to install appropriate software.

Both seem to be working fine now.

Once again, your help is appreciated.
