Can not find drive for Gigabyte Onboard Raid-Controller

Greetings!
So I installed the Windows Seven RC x64 today on my desktop machine after having a great experience on my notebook.
Most things worked out just fine, but the onboard raid controller is giving me alot of trouble (I got two hard disks connected there, should be raid0?), my mainboard is a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3 an this is SiSoft Sandras report on my disk controllers:

Browsing this forum I found severel interesting posts, for example I tested the drivers of Driver and I tried the mainboard drivers for Vista in compatibility mode, but nothing works. I also looked for the "ITE IT8212 ATA RAID Controller" drivers directly, but there was nothing concerning Windows Seven. After that I tried the Released: Intel Chipset Software 9.1.1.1014 but that still did not solve anything.

Ah, everything works just fine in Windows Vista.

Any help at all would be really appreciated.

Have you already tried the SATA Raid drivers from Gigabyte for your motherboard to see if they will work?

Hey, thanks, indeed I did. It was the first thing I tried, both in regular and compatibility mode but neither did work.

Update: I'm slowly going nuts. After hours of digging I came up with that: http://icrontic.com/news/intel-ahcis...7-have-arrived
But when I try to install I get this:
"This computer does not meet the minimum requirements to install the software

Setup will exit."
And then it simply does exactly that.

Have you already tried it on both the Intel (yellow) and Gigabyte (purple) controller ports to see if it may work the other one instead?

Thing is, my Windows Vista is installed on one of the raid hard disk, won't I mess that up if I connect that disk to another controller?

Do you think the 32bit-version of Windows7 could be worth a try? Maybe the drivers work just fine with it.

Final update: Stupid, stupid, stupid. So I opened my machine to have a look at which port the hard disk are connected to. I don't even have a onboard raid controller, I got a PCI-card for that job! So I looked up a driver for the chip on that card and the first one (http://download.cnet.com/ITE-IT8212-..._4-150345.html) worked perfectly. I'm very sorry for your wasted time. But I'm still really grateful, I would have never opened that case in the first place if it weren't for you! Thanks!

just a tiny add in note, I see you mentioned the DS3... If I remember right the boards with built in RAID ports are the DS3R and DS3P.
I have the GA-EP35-DS3P with the RAID ports and dual PCIe x16 slots.
