    co-processor frustration.

I've been searching up and down, left and right, inside and outside the internet for anything to help with the co-processor problem. Nothing has worked. I have a Compaq Presario f700 laptop, AMD Turion 64x2, Nvidia GeForce 7000m/ nForce 610m. My chipset is nForce 560. motherboard is a quanta. PLEASE HELP ME

    :edit:

There are also two more "Base system devices" that I don't know what they are or what to do about them.

jdubblu, welcome to the Seven Forums.

Those missing devices/drivers are usually fixed by installing the chipset driver. In this case you are going to have to go with the last Vista driver from HP/Compaq,

Compaq Presario F700 Notebook PC series - NVIDIA nForce Chipset Driver - HP Business Support Center

With Nvidia dropping support for the 5xx series of chipsets before Windows 7 came out, there won't be anything newer from HP.

I can't get a driver for it. When I go into Device Manager there is the yellow triangle with an "!" i've tried downloading several drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling them, from the nvidia site. But nothing is working. And Windows Update did nothing.

It should install, but if it doesn't try compatibility mode,

It worked! Thank you so much! You don't even understand how long/the frustration of trying to find the right drivers to get rid of that.

Do you know anything about the other two 'Base System Device' in device manager?
