    What is this?

Yesterday I found 6 like this driver with exclamation mark on them, I uninstalled them and restart the pc and when I checked again another driver MpKslcd appeared. What are these drivers and why are the appearing even after I uninstall them?

Thanks for the reply Sir. ok so 2 days ago I installed Realtek USB 2.0 Card Reader and the Realtek audio driver latest version and that's when I started to see this, so now I uninstalled both of them and I am not seeing that driver with the exclamation mark again so I think one of the Realtek driver was causing it.
