I have a new VX3000 Lifecam andit installed ok. Don't have "lifecam controls" anymore. What happened? Can't zoom in or out and no face tracking. I know it worked before.

It doesn't say insufficient disk space. Just says it's aborted the installation. It might be something with the fact the software downloads and installs....
