    Wierd Problem with Win7RC

    Moniter Issues

Note: I had no prior issues of any nature with the beta Win7

Today I have been reinstalling my machine, updating to the RC.I ran into trouble with the moniter:
I have an Acer 19" moniter, which has an optimum resolution of 1440-900.
After reinstalling, I updated my Graphics Card software, (by the way it's a XFX GeForce 8800GS with 384MB of memory) and restarted, hoping to set my resolutions back to normal, but the system dosen't show 1440x900 as an option, and when I set it using custom resolutions in the nvidia panel, the moniter wouldn't accept it....

    What is the problem here??????
I've spent half the day looking for solutions!!!!

With the new card it might not support that resolution at a high refresh rate. IE 75mh would not work but the resolution at 60 mh might,

    Hope this helps
