    Hi,

    Same problem for me.
To fix it I just uninstalled "JMicron" device.

In control Panel, open the devices manager.
You have a line named "Storage devices" in which you find "PCI Memory Controller" and "JMicron JMB .... something" (don't remember exactly).

Right click on "JMicron JMB ..." device, then click on Properties, in the "driver" tab you will find a button to "rollback driver".
Click on it, JMicron device will disappear from devices tree list.

Restart your computer (i'm not sure that rebooting is necessary but in doubt ...)

Then try to run index experience rating, it will certaintly work now

Sorry for my bad English ;]
So...ITM driver has some files... named "Security Catalog" (*.cat files) these files check the version of MS OS (5.2 ==> WinXP SP2, 6.0 ==> Vista) I can change in binary mode the 6.0 to 6.1 ==> Win Seven . The instalation ASK if install this driver xD and...Bad OS error ;( The Error is NOT before he asks if install this driver :P thets a step forward

The problem is xD Windows Seven is not 6.1....Beta 1 is 6.1.7000.0 ;( it's too much characters....

Knows anybody a CAT editor?? ;(

Do you think that we're unable to install ITM drivers because drivers don't want to install (because of unrecognized OS) or because they're really uncompatible ?

When I try to update ITM driver using windows update feature ITM driver is found but I've an error message saying "The specified program requires a newer version of Windows". OS is not recognized, but are you sure that bypassing this OS check will fix drivers issue ?

But now I have bigger problem when I try to rerun my index experience score to update my score on my harddrive.

    OS just stucks.
After installing some drivers, you will need to reboot before you can update the wei score again. I had this problem when I installed a graphics driver.

i have the same problem here,.. i was able to install the driver in XP compatibility mode (even though it was supposed to be the vista driver <- did not work with vista comp mode),.. i still have yellow exclamation mark in device manager with pci memory controller a.k.a. intel turbo memory controller,... therefore to this glitch my performance rating is 3.0 even though it should more than 5.0 because of the disk data transfer rate,... i would be thrilled to here some news, maybe from intel itself,... google says nothing

    Interesting install

Funny that it's not meant for XP but that let it install. Go figure! I'm going ot keep that in mind for other software. There was just another computability update released today. Keep your fingers crossed on this one.

The reason why this will install by selecting windows xp is because this program installs intel turbo memory and intel matrix storage manager.

By selecting windows xp it then only installs the storage manager since it is compatible with windows xp.
