    Usb driver issues?

Windows won't shutdown (hangs on a missing driver I think) and often takes two boots to load. Often my usb will not recognize anything plugged into it, but does still supply power. I have disable all power saving and sleep modes for everything.

    I have a ASUS notebook G73jh
    processor intel i7 q720 @ 1.60 GHz
    8 gigs of ram
Windows 7 Home Permium 64 bit
Here are the BSOD and Health reports

Thank you in advance for your help.

Here is your driver page - please have a look in the knowledge section as it has a list of known problems - Kaspersky causes BSOD after scan ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Specification G73JH
Have a good look at all the drivers available and see if any need updating (check in device manager) - most them probably were preinstalled - however, there are quite a few bios updates - http://support.asus.com/Documents/de...T81&os=&no=503
Slow shutdowns and boot up are more then likely software related - as you say the usb port is having problems - check the chipset driver is up to date - and make a list of the software you are using( if necessary) eg antivirus and anything 3rd party.
I would suggest changing your anti virus program to MSE (micsosoft security essentials) as a good starting point - make sure you uninstall the other one first - Virus, Spyware & Malware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials - its free & I even highly recommend it.
Also check device manager for any yellow asterisks in front of a device.
