    please help,

    i need this driver for windows 7
    i cannot find any updated driver for this scanner

    Hello rurikomai, Welcome to the forum

    Try here; Trust.com - Direct WebScan Gold 240TH and install the XP driver in Compatibility Mode

    Try clicking on the Compatibility Mode that I have typed, it is a link to a tutorial that tells you how to do this :)

    Select the "Windows XP (service Pack3)" you are showing in Snip.

    That lets Windows 7 know it is an XP driver and to install it to work with Windows 7.

    the device is already installed BUT.. as i try to scan something, its seems its not working
