All my searching points to Microsoft Security Essentials as being the problem and I would suggest doing a search for
MpKsla2002fe2 in the Registry with a view to deleting it.
It would be wise at this stage to back up your PC, so that if the unthinkable happens it will not be a tragedy.
I also think it may be wise for you to post a copy of your finds in the Registry (opened up) so that I can have a last look to satisfy my self that it is a good move.

You may want to save these links to another PC or print them out

Whoops there are a lt of them
I would start with the troublesome key and after a successful restart do the rest but only the ones that start with MpKsl you should be able to delete them by just deleting the individual folders.
If a normal delete does not work have a look at this old Vista thread for how to do it; Can't Delete Registry Key - Vista Forums
I have posted two snips from this thread I think you may need. Try NO.1 first

Go to device manager right click and select to ' unistall' restart the 'puter the devices will be detected as new and the driver reinstalled. Often this helps a lot and is worth a try.

Woohoo............I have finally got rid of them and ran the system health report and it came back green ....completely healthy

I did what you said and went on the old vista thread (carnt delete registry keys) and it worked......only problem is that you have to do the process each time for each key you want to delete....but heyho it was worth it to get a clean bill of health

Thanks so much Pooch for your help...............now maybe you can help sort out (my internet explorer problem ..see the other link as no one has solved it yet......I just wondering actually whether it had anything to do with them keys...hummm not sure thou as I sure it was doing it b4 the driver problem..... thanks once again

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay Good I am really pleased for you
One last thing you may want to get CCleaner - Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download and let it check the registry once over to make sure. ( to be used sparingly)

That's a good thing otherwise you could change the permissions on the whole registry maybe
