Ok we have been talking past each other lol. The devices in Device manager are OK
I will now concentrate on the first bit of your problem and see if I can work out what is going on
Sorry for the delay I have had a busy day this looks like you have maybe deleted a program and it has not uninstalled correctly could you open up one line, further by clicking on "Device is not present, not working properly, or does not have all of its drivers installed"
Okay the only bit that is interesting is this (see pic) all the rest is just data not a problem
I still need more info. Where it is highlighted is a red flag can you mouse over it and write down what it says then post that here
Ok I think we are getting somewhere, Do you or did you have Microsoft Security Essentials installed?
If it is installed uninstall it, go to device manager and uninstall all devices that start with MpKsl (this also applies if it is already uninstalled) and then try your scan again
