    Problem with driver

    Hi all,

Im use my laptop mainly for gaming in my PC is slow and not as good. I recently got a new game, my laptop matches all the recommended requirements for it to work. The problem i'm having is after 5 - 10 mins of gameplay the screen flashes on and off when it tries to load something then does a system dump. If i manage to switch to another progam in time i get this message
The intel graphics accelerator drivers has stopped responding and has recovered.
Ive looked at updating the driver but when i do all it says is that 'The best driver software for your device is already installed' When i tried to play the game after this the excat same thing happened again. Ive updated every single driver I can find in the Device Manager and again the problem still happens.

Im really stuck on what to next to stop this happening?
Thanks for the help in advance.

    Joe

Hello Joe, Welcome to the forum

This is quite a common problem and I have no magic answer, google " The intel graphics accelerator drivers has stopped responding and has recovered" and you will find a lot of people with the same problem, you will also find answers that may or may not help you.
I would recommend going to the website of your laptop manufacturer and downloading the drivers that they have for your laptop. Newer is not always better
    I hope this helps somewhat
