i've checked in the device manager and there not there?

I know your right about doing a clean installation, I normally do I think I was just feeling lazy

I am confident that your install will go well. After install, let your first action be: check device manager for splats. Best wishes and good luck.

got win7 installed and it's working perfectly, now hopfully i can help other people that have problems
