    That's probably because it is trying to install it again.

    You don't want us to try and find a driver for you?

    Can you unplug it or is it controlling something you use?

    We could use as much info as you can give.

    it is a small USB port "bluetooth dongle 2.0" and i can unplug it... sorry but that is the info i know about that...

    OK, unplug it and remove those entries in device manager then reboot and let us know how it goes.

    for a while i didn't saw this massage after 7 turns on or something like that. i will let you know if this massage will be back.

    Help plz- Not sure I am in the right area- I have Windows 7 pro. For some reason on start up the black box comes up- everything is ok- but the black box is Program Files (x86)-Why would this be happening? Also, this is a new laptop..Thank you.
