Win 7 x64 driver for Epson Perfection 1660

Does anyone know of anyone who has successfully installed this scanner on WIndows 7 64-bit? Alternatively I would welcome suggestions for a work-around. I hope to avoid replacing the scanner as it works beautifully and does everything I need including copying colour photos virtually perfectly.

You should be able to install the Vista driver without any problems.

I will post the result when I've tried it but that will not be for at least a week or two. I have quite a "to do" list when the new machine arrives and the scanner is not at the top of the list!

Dont stress about it. Windows 7 will make life easier (and more fun because of all the new features). Just remember that if the problem is solved, mark the thread as solved.
