black screen only
yes, it shows the welcome screen, and after this it happens.
Can you continue after this msg, or can you only reboot?
Boot up in safemode(Keep tapping F8 while startup to access advanced startup options & select safemode.)
Once booted(safemode) RUN > CMD > SFC /SCANNOW(System integrity scan)
You can schedule a Check disk( in safe mode) RUN > CMD > CHKDSK /F
Reboot after both.
i can press "ok" but i want to know what cause to this thing
Follow my previous post & post back.(Theres no need for safe mode now, just run those to commands.)
What does your event viewer say about critical errors.
Also check your device manager for driver concerns.(Right-click computer > device manager)
Can you post a screen shot of Device Manager?
