Does this msg show once the machine is booted up, or does it display on a blue screen.

Does this happen before you see the desktop?

Can you continue after this msg, or can you only reboot?

Boot up in safemode(Keep tapping F8 while startup to access advanced startup options & select safemode.)

Once booted(safemode) RUN > CMD > SFC /SCANNOW(System integrity scan)

You can schedule a Check disk( in safe mode) RUN > CMD > CHKDSK /F

    Reboot after both.

Follow my previous post & post back.(Theres no need for safe mode now, just run those to commands.)

What does your event viewer say about critical errors.
Also check your device manager for driver concerns.(Right-click computer > device manager)
