    This may be a silly question to ask but are you sure you have a video card installed on your computer? If there is one maybe it needs to be reseated or something.

    Hi Lucifear

    I am guessing that the last OS on this system was XP and I will be honest with you, go back to XP. Your PC is just not up to running windows 7, should you get it working which is possible, it will not run as nicely as it did b4.
