sorry for lack of responces, i have been deadly sick this past week, so sick infact that i haven't left my bed past 5 days to turn on the computer lol...

Just want to say thanks for everyones reply to this issue, i just desided to see if i should RMA and thats what im doing after talking with tech support for OCZ, see if theres anything wrong with this drive, but i guess if anyone is thinking about buying an OCZ SSD, definitely definitely think TWICE before you do, DO your research first because there is so many issues with OCZ and SSDs its absolutely insane. You really shouldn't need to do HALF the stuff that any decent tech forums tell you to do in order to get an OCZ SSD to work, hacking windows directorys, registry changes, dos commands and messing up your bios for todays technologies is something to AVOID, or you run the risk of serverily damaging your CPU.

After all my messing around with 15 windows 7 installs, secure wipes and constant changing bios settings from IDE to AHCI and back again, my X6 became faulty and would only see 4 cores instead of 6 and would not get past the flash screen, i did fix it but after that, im done, just simply not worth damaging the CPU or motherboard but wanted to just give people a heads up on the issue that if you dont manage to sort this sort of issue out with SSDs in the first couple of times, the more you try to force it to work, your more likely going to cause a LOT more problems then you relize at the time, so please be carefull.

And one more time, you guys have been awesome, the links, the advice, even though didn't help me that much because i tried it all, it was sound advice and apreciate everyone chipping in, thanks!!!
