Bluetooth device (personal area network) problem

Hey guys
I am having a trouble to fix "Bluetooth device (personal area network)" It is saying that:
"Windows encountered a problem installing the drivers softwear for your device"
"Windows found drivers softwear for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it "
"Thia device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)"
I tried all I can do, pleas help me out guys
P.S. I am attaching the screenshot of my Device Manager

Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate x64

Hey johngalt! thanks for response,but that's exactly what I have installed, I went to Broadcom website and download the latest and installed, during the installation it is installing several things, but the last one "Bluetooth Device (Personal area network)" showing an error. Previously I didn't have this problem, I didn't even realize when this happened??
So is there any other solution's???

Use Revo Uninstaller to remove the Bluetooth Software COMPLETELY, and try installing again. Download Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems
