There are 5 versions of your USB Belkin 'G' stick
_50
_50A
_50B
_501H
_50E
So which is it exactly??
You will need to know this - then exactly match a driver up to the chipset that's inside!
Hi Sir, can you please tell me exactly how you did it? im using win 7 32 bit and i selected vista sp2 for compatibility and apld then ok. after that i opened and start installing but everytime i connect the Beklin usb wireless adapter (F5D7050 Wireless G USB Network Adapter 3xxxx) the system tried to install the updates( but it really didnt install anything, waited for like 6 minutes...nothing happened) even though it is setup to manually install the driver everytime there is a new device inserted. then during installation it asked me to insert the usb wireless adapter but it always tells me that it is not inserted.
the usb shows on the network connections, but i can't enable it, since it's telling me that there is something wrong with the driver.
I have the same Belkin usb version as you and the same exact same problem. I've tried different compatabilities. It says disabled under network connections and then when I right click and click Enable a window pops up that says enabling... then enabled. The window closes but the adapter still says disabled. I've uninstalled my anti-virus software and ran in Safe Mode but it still doesn't work. Any more ideas?
