Hi Jalouly and welcome to W7 Forums

I've just checked the specs of your laptop, and you could have either Intel or NVidia (mobile) graphics.

Please download and run GPU-Z from here, and let us know what it says. Download TechPowerUp GPU-Z v0.5.4 | techPowerUp

You CANT install Nvidia Geforce videocard drivers on your system because your laptop has an Intel Graphics chipset, so they are different brands and the driver simply wont install.

OK, so your laptop uses the Intel graphics. In that case, NVidia drivers will not work. The latest Intel drivers can be found here: Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for Windows* 7(exe)
