well the scan now command is relatively simple.
As I said the error logs are just filled from your system report though, I would not expect to see that kind of failure happening in a fresh installation.
Not to pry but are you certain of the source your windows 7 disc came from?

I am doing the scan now in safemode with networking if it will still work, if not i will uninstall my drivers and load up normally again, as thats the only way loading normally will work .. wierd eh?.. if the drivers are installed i get a full resolution but as soon as it boots on desktop it gets the error message and crashes.. and yes its an original copy of windows 7

I would reboot anyway just to see if it changed anything.
On another note maybe your weird custom graphics card actually wants the driver from asus (though it's rare they modify the drivers at all)
So you can also try that route.

ahh, ive just noticed something, is this a problem?..

Ive just let windows 7 driver install without my catalyst, and ive right clicked in device manager and hit properties, then driver and then driver details.

When i read down there are all the system32 files plus DRIVER files and then there is sysWOW64 files but no DRIVER files under that part, so when im loading up are my sysWOW64 files conflicting with my system 32 files?

If I'm understanding you properly, yeah that is not normal. I've attached a screen of what my properly installed 5850 looks like.

yeah while yours appears to be loading fewer items the setup appears proper. The difference could just be that my 5850 has dx11 support and all the hdmi stuff loaded.
