    Marvell 91xx Config ATA Device

Did a search on it and only found BSOD threads.

Search of other forums came up with undesireable results: Updating the driver in either a new install or under such other conditions (meaning before system starts).

Anyway, it just happened. After flashing my BIOS to a newer version (F3), Device Manager reported that Marvell 91xx Config ATA Device driver is missing. Online autoupdate didn't work.

I tried using this: Marvell drivers It didn't work. Windows said that this application wasn't working due to incompatibilities with x64 (it being 16bit).

What do i do ? And do i need to do anything ?

    Install Disk

Have you tried to install a driver from the disk that came with you board. It should have one that works. You can update it after its working.

Fixed. However Marvell 91xx Config SCSI Processor Device was reported as driverless after installing Marvell 91xx Config ATA Device.
Autoupdate with manual driver folder selection fixed the second problem.

    Thanks for the help.

I think bumping an old thread is better than making a new one. I'm having a similar problem, but on Win 7 Ultimate 32 bit. I'm missing the Marvell 91xx Config ATA Device driver and can't find it online. I've been searching for my disk but I can't find it and the automatic search online results in nothing. I clicked the links above, but I honestly don't know what to download in order to fix my problem. Thanks in advance.
