Samsung will probably not wirte drivers for windows 7, but you shouldn't have any problems with your monitor.

Ok when i click on the zipped file then the UAC prompt comes up I click yes to install it and then thats when it happens. I have also tried extracting the files through 7zip and clicking on setup and then the same problem happens.

You need to extract the files to a new folder somewhere.
    open device manager
    expand the monitor section
right click and update driver software
click on browse my computer for driver software
locate the folder you put the extracted files in and point to it
it should then update the drivers.
