High dpclat as well as LatencyMon - Help please! Going Crazy

    Specs
    win 7 x64 Ultimate
    Intel core 2 duo E6400 2.13ghz - O.C @ 3Ghz
    4gb ram
    Zotac Geforce 260 GTX
    Asus p5b Mainboard

If need anything more specific please ask

Problem is really horrible Dpclat spikes, i will go into as much detail as possible using screenshots.

Here we have dpclat and latency mon screenshots:

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/ro23rtoqx9xe72e/lat2.png

While posting thread, same music running in background (youtube video) Despite a few yellow jumps, there were many more greens available than yellows:

here another latency mon screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/z89lzwquwjel3dd/latency4.png

Here two screenshots with the Zotac Geforce 260 Gtx Disabled: (Onboard graphic card enabled)
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/x9v04x2d9o...0card%20LM.png
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/45bgl2u7ix...hic%20card.png

As you can see in the last two screenshots, the results are wonderful and i have no idea how i'm supposed to solve this. Anyone with possible solutions that can help me?

If not i'm going to use the mainboard as a freaking trampoline :-P

    CONCLUSION
    ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ _____
Your system appears to be having trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. You are likely to experience buffer underruns appearing as drop outs, clicks or pops. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. Also one or more ISR routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. At least one detected problem appears to be network related. In case you are using a WLAN adapter, try disabling it to get better results. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.
LatencyMon has been analyzing your system for 0:14:36 (h:mm:ss) on all processors in the system.
