    D drive is 80% full !??

Hello.. I have issues .. the D & C hard disks seem to have joined together as one ... the D shows 20% space available .. 60% space on the C drive. Then I read something about the partion. How do I make space on the drive if its even possible? Am I possibly "completely" out of memory and at risk of BUYING A NEW COMPUTER? ??

Memory and disk space are completely different

Can you tell us how big the HD is and how much is free?

Please upload a screenshot of your disk management layout so that we can give you best advice.

As zigzag quite rightly states, memory and disk space are entirely different. Your computer's RAM (memory) is used to store real-time instructions, whereas your hard drive (disk space) is used to store the operating system, applications and personal data.

If you need more storage space then an extra or bigger hard drive will do the job without replacing your computer.
