    5 Sound Drivers

Just built a desktop for the first time and was just wondering why I have so many sound drivers.

You should have one drive per device. How many sound devices do you have?

You could take a screen shot of the sound tab in device manager and upload it to us.

It does. If I were you I would remove them all then reboot. Windows will probably re-install the one you need.

Should I check the box asking me to delete the device software?
