Hi everyone,
I recently installed windows 7 home premium on my HP G62 notebook PC. When I click on the start menu it shows bluetooth file transfer. When I click that it does says send and receive file but never scans. I tried installing drivers from the HP website. But it does not show on device manager or anywhere.... Any help please??
See if your notebook has a switch or a button that enables bluetooth. Also, which G62 do you have? It may be your system does not have bluetooth.

Make sure you have installed the latest Broadcom or RALink/Motorola driver

Thanks I tried to install, It says while I was installing please turn on the bluetooth switch. I already turned it on. As my bluetooth and wireless switch are the same.
