Random power off, suspected cause: SynTPEnh.exe

    Hello again SF!
Recently, I have been encountering random poweroffs when playing ROBLOX. The problem started when I entered a Roblox Derby place. I tried to respawn a vehicle, then the screen went back. Suddenly, the laptop turned off. When I turned it back on, it didn't realise that the computer had turned off. No choices for recovery, just the standard boot menu, with the items in the normal order. I selected Windows 7 and it booted normally. It only seemed to happen when I had an additional monitor on Extend mode, with ROBLOX and Google Chrome on the laptop screen and an empty desktop on the monitor. This kept happening. But once, it gave me an error saying that SynTPEnh.exe had encountered an unexpected error. I clicked OK to terminate the program, and, believe it or not, THE SAME SHUTDOWN ERROR HAPPENED AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now, it also happens if I have Minecraft on the external monitor and YouTube in Google Chrome on the laptop screen. Does anyone have any suggestions?
    (SynTPEnh.exe is the TouchPad Enhancements.)
(Windows 7 shows no signs of an unexpected shutdown, but there may be hidden helpful files.)
(If you can help me, I will give rep.)

Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:
    {Instructions courtesy of writhziden}

    Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
    Expand Custom Views
    Click Administrative Events
    Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
    Upload the .zip file here.

Sorry - the Windows Event Log is refusing to start, therefore giving me the error telling me that the Event Log service is not running.

Between the two issues I suspect an OS problem. Might want to consider a repair install.

I would do a check for driver updates if I were you, what exactly is the make and model of the laptop?
