LiteOn DVDROM & Samsung CDRW driver probs- Win7 install on old Dell

Back in May, I took the hand-me-down Dell Dimension 2300 I'd given my sister, replaced the mobo, cpu, heatsink, ram, and installed Win 7 Pro x64. All necessary drivers installed fine. The floppy drive, partitioned hard drive, DVD drive, and CD-R/RW drive installed & appeared fine, and even Magic ISO.

Now, we need to install a new version of Norton, so pop the CD in and-- The DVD, CDRW, and Magic Iso drivers are all "corrupted or missing." I can hear them spinning & reading the discs. They don't show up in Explorer, or Disk Management. In Device Manager, they are correctly identified, but have yellow exclamation points next to them. I tried installing the drivers again downloaded from the Dell website, but to no avail.

Help? Need these disc drives back online. =/

    The devices themselves are:
    LITEON DVD-ROM LTD163 ATA Device
    MagicISO Virtual DVD-ROM0000
    SAMSUNG CD-R/RW SW-240B ATA Device

Can you please find out in the Device Manager and let us know what error code these optical drives put out.

My apologies, I had completely forgotten all about this problem. Christmas picked up, got busy, then came back to Philly and totally forgot about her problems. ^__^ oops...

    So I have these screencaps:

I have the 2 drivers downloaded from Dell; I've reinstalled OSes on this desktop many times. As you can see, they had at one point been installed correctly. Afterall, I installed this Win 7 from a disc in this DVD drive, and Magic ISO doesn't allow installation to continue unless the connected DVD drives are installed properly. I don't recall when they stopped working. I may not have even been present when they did. Whenever I run the program for 1 of the drivers, the UAC prompts, but then nothing happens after I click "Yes." The other program just gives this message immediately after UAC:
